Activities of the Program that are developed to support persons with disabilities in the job seeking process are:
1. Trainings and workshops for developing soft skills, with aim that job seekers become more competitive in the labor market and increase its employability.
The trainings and workshops are organized continuously, throughout the year, in Belgrade.
The counseling service works every Wednesday, in the Youth with Disabilities Forum’s office (Terazije 23, II floor), with the purpose to inform people with disabilities about: informal education (trainings, courses, seminars), process of job seeking, trends in the labor market and the needs of employers.
3. The data base of the biographies of job seekers
All candidates can submit its biography (CV) to the YDF data base by filling out the application form on website www.fmi.rs or by submitting it personally in the Forum’s office. Data base is opened for persons with disabilities from the whole territory of Serbia.
4. Forwarding biographies to employers (pre-selection of candidates) in accordance with the expressed interest of the employer and the required job positions.
For any segment of the program, people with disabilities who are looking for a job can apply, regardless of the type of disability, age, type of education or previous work experience.
In the database biographies can be applied for persons with disabilities from all over Serbia.
Participation in any segment of the program is free.
